Galleria area real estate development/property management company in the Galleria area is looking for an Accounting Specialist on a temp-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Account Reconciliation

Qualifications:
- BBA in Accounting, Finance, or other business major - REQUIRED
- 2+ years of accounting experience working at a real estate/property management company
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Yardi software experience - REQUIRED

Pay rate is $28 - 33/hr. ($60-70K on a permanent basis)
